Medlock Ames Baby Greens with Red Wine Mustard Vinagrette

Your favorite organic baby greens

Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons of Medlock Ames Merlot

1/2 lemon squeezed

1 teaspoon of maple syrup

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1) Mix all of the above in a blender, turn on and slowly drizzle the oil into the blender until emulisified. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust if necessary.
