Medlock Ames Proscuitto and Fig Appetizer

 

 

 

 

 

  •

  • 1/4 pound prosciutto, very thinly sliced
  •  

     

     

     

  • 10 figs, sliced in half
  •  

     

     

     

  • 20 leaves sage
  • Cut prosciutto into 1 inch wide strips. Place fig half on prosciutto strip. Top fig with sage leaf. Season with fresh black pepper. Roll proscuitto tightly around fig and sage. Grill one minute on each side. Eat while warm.
