sauvignon blanc

The heat and length of the growing seasons in both the Alexander Valley and the Bordeaux region in France are equivalent, making both perfect for ripening Sauvignon Blanc. There is, however, one critical difference between regions: here in California we do not suffer France's unpredictable mid to late–season rains, which can dilute the grapes' flavor. This allows us to produce a crisp, full-bodied Sauvingnon Blanc.
