The grapes we grow at Bell Mountain are full of personality. We’ve loved these flavors since discovering the site in 1998 and craft wines in a way that best show these characteristics. Our gentle yet attentive winemaking methods mimic the same care with which we farm and help us preserve the qualities we like most.
Our custom-built winery was designed as a functional, elegant and smart solution to the winemaking process. Gravity-flow techniques reduce energy consumption and preserve more delicate fruit characteristics while our underground cellar naturally maintains a perfect environment for barrel aging. The winery itself is 100% solar-powered with clean, renewable (free) energy.
Our goal is to create wines that reflect the vineyard and the vintage. Native yeasts are often used to ferment our wines in an effort to make these wines even more distinctive and representative of the site itself.
Wines include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Reserve Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Red Bordeaux Blend.
