|Sonoma County Wine Pioneer Series at
Dry Creek Kitchen
Sunday, Nov. 10
Seminar starts at 3:30
Dinner starts at 5:30
The final segment of the Wine Pioneers Series focuses on one of the most interesting topics in winemaking – organic and biodynamic viticulture. While most people have heard these terms, their meanings and the difference between them remain elusive. Please join Marimar Torres of Marimar Estate, Ames Morison of Medlock Ames, and Hugh Chappele of Quivira Vineyards and Winery for the complete explanation of biodynamic and organic viticulture (with wines of course!).
The seminar package includes admission to the tasting plus a four-course tasting menu with savory course paired wines for $99 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
