The Kitchen

As part of our commitment to a self-contained eco-friendly ranch, we grow many different types of organic vegetables, herbs, and fruits at our Ranch and Tasting Room. From those gardens, we create special preserves, chutneys, olive oil, and marinades. We offer limited amounts of these tasty sustainably-grown products for you to enjoy in your home or give as a thoughtful gift.
On our Bell Mountain Estate ranch we have seven acres dedicated to eight different Spanish and Italian olive varieties with Mission and Manzanillo most predominant. At our Tasting Room, the olive trees are all 30-year old Ascolanos. The mix of varieties results in a complex blend we love with a distinctive peppery bite. Perfect for dipping into with fresh baguette.


Olive Oil

A delightful blend of kumquats, Meyer lemons, and Valencia oranges. Perfect for grilling or roasting duck, pork, or chicken. Add to stir-fry at the end of cooking. Marinate wild salmon or flank steak for a nice flavor hit.

Tangy, sweet and a little bit spicy, this is delicious alongside grilled chicken, pork, or fish. A blend of mandarins, Meyer lemons, and oranges grown on the Ranch.

Soft with a nice citrus bite, this is perfect as a garnish on baked goods, paired with Manchego, or enjoyed straight from the jar. All of the kumquats were handpicked from trees on the Ranch.

This jam is made with handpicked Alicante Bouschet grapes from our Tasting Room location and captures the mood of a serene day. Use it for toast in the morning, swirl it in yogurt, or add it to our favorite, crunchy PB&J.
