Wild yeast fermentation and patient winemaking combine well to produce an intense wine - the essence of Chardonnay.

A recent vintage of our popular blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.  This wine is so good it has been hard to keep around and is now nearly sold out.

2001 offered us nearly ideal growing conditions: a warm spring and cool summer, followed by a dry September. This is what we hope for every year.

Intensely flavored and highly structured with tightly woven layers of dark fruits, mocha, spices, and fine, ripe tannins. 
 

There is a rich, intense dark fruit core to this wine and a comforting unctuous texture that is highly satisfying. Bright acidity and ripe, supple tannins complete this wine.

A dark and brooding color points to the black fruit-laden flavors and structure that lie within. Blackberries, cherries and cassis fill the nose with the addition of licorice, mocha and vanilla spice on the palate.

Shows fruit-forward and heady notes of blackberry, brambleberry and cassis nicely balanced with anise, cocoa powder and cedar in tandem with our signature Bell Mountain spice.

Sometimes we discover that certain parts of the vineyard are best as small components of a larger blend.  Micro blocks E,F,G,H,I & J -  referred to as Kate's & B's blocks - are shining examples of Cabernet Sauvignon that deserve the spotlight.
