We grow our Sauvignon Blanc from two different clones and on two separate sites at Bell Mountain. The more northerly growing site has east to west sun exposure for extreme ripening of the fruit. The southern site is one of our coolest spots at Bell Mountain which creates layers of minerality, freshness, lively citrus characters, and the palate cleansing acidity we look for in Sauvignon Blanc.  Even though they are the same grape, the flavors and structure from these separate sites allow us to blend with more depth and complexity in the wine.  

The 2025 Bell Mountain Sauvignon Blanc offers a generous array of aromas: candied pineapple, lemon peel, mango, Meyer lemon and notes of white peach. The citrus explosion carries through to the palate with flavors of key lime pie and juicy mandarin. The wine finishes with a lingering perfumed note of orange blossom. 

Vintage 

With no heat spikes and cool, mild weather, the 2025 vintage provided ideal conditions for bright acidity, and the development of subtle flavors and aromas. The winter of 2025 offered above average rainfall. The warm, dry spring provided conditions for optimal shoot growth and berry set. The vintage followed a predictable pattern with even ripening.
